The Factory tells the story of a young man who suffers from being made fun of by the masters at the place where he works. Doğuş is a young man working the night shift of a factory. Doğuş, who is an apprentice of three masters working in the factory, is constantly exposed to the masters dealing with him. Doğuş, who initially did not care about this attitude of the masters who made fun of his masculinity, started to worry about this situation after a while. As time passes, Doğuş, who can no longer bear what has been done, finds himself in events that will change the course of his life.
